Hello!
Firts I need to apologize for not appering sooner, but you know it's summer and holidays!
I really hope you're enjoying them also, as in the fields of re-enactment as in personal life.

I'll try to put the gallery in order as soon as possible, no need to worry that your piece will be only in a Featured folder forever haha.

Now here is the actual update:

I know I promised the summer contest, but now it seems that we will have to move it for the autumn contest. But when you think about it, I think autumn is more suitable for such event - the weather is not so cruel to us : D We all know the feelings when wearing 3 or 4 layers in 30°c, right?

The rules will be the same, only the prizes may be different x)
If you have any suggestion on how to make the contest more interesting and enjoyable, feel free to share in comments section.

Joining
This group is free to join for everyone who share the interest in the topic of this club and that is
re-enactments and living history.

:star: Submissions :star:

The submissions are divided into these folders. Each folder has it's name and rules. Please, be sure that you're submitting to the right folder and read the description to avoid problems.

:bulletblack: Photos
- this folder is dedicated to photos of re-enactmet and living history. Battles, balls, portraits of people in hisotrical clothes. You can also add a photo of historical costumes of any kind.
Folders:
Ancient (2nd century b.c. - 5th century)
Medieval (5th century - 15th century)
Modern (16th century - first half of 20th century)

:bulletblack: Artworks
- this folder is for artworks which are related to re-enactment and can be used as references for real historical clothing. If you have an artwork of an uniform, make sure that the uniform is somehow exact (of course it doesn't have to have exact number of buttons), I will not approve non-existing uniforms. For civil clothing, you are free to submit any. But please, stay in historical realia! French dandy with trainers will not be accepted... Even tho I know that some people use clothing from our times to have "at least something to wear" to complete their historical one.
- you can also submit a historical realia. An illustration of a historical scene, with real historical figures. I'll also accept small amount of OCs participating a historical scene. But stay accurate in the matter of clothing.
- Photomanipulations count as Artwork.
- make sure that you artwork is completed, I will not take WIPs. I accept sketches if they are at least shaded a bit.
- no animu fanarts please, only serious ones.

- you are free to suggest a picture done by someone else than you. That's the main rule, the second one are the same conditions as group submissions.
